MacBook Not Charging:

The steps to start charging are different between models using MagSafe and USB-C.

For the models using MagSafe as its power connector, it involves four functional parts to communicate, including the DC-In board and cable, battery and the logic board, so one failed parts can make it not charging.

For the models using USB-C as its power connector, there are same amount of power IC as the amount of the USB-C ports, and all the power IC are communicating so all connectors can be failed even only one power IC is failed.

We provide 180-day warranty for parts replaced.

How much does it cost to repair a MacBook?

Should I make a backup before repairing MacBook?

In order to ensure the safety of your data, we recommend backing up all important data and files to an external hard drive or cloud storage before performing any repairs or replacing any parts, to prevent any unexpected loss or damage to data.

Will the AppleCare voided after MacBook repair?

If your MacBook is still under warranty, it is recommended to visit Genius Bar to perform the repair to ensure the AppleCare is still valid after the repair. But if you have no recent backup, you may consider to repair your MacBook in iCertified.

How to avoid the issues of the MacBook?

There are some issues of MacBook are unavoidable, but you could take the following measures to lower the risk.
